Job Description

FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Business Systems Analyst Specialist in Cincinnati, OH to communicate with all levels of users to gather business requirements. Articulate clients' requirements to the development team in the form of functional specifications. Participate in all areas of the SDLC, including but not limited to feature design activities, user experience prototyping, quality assurance testing, documentation, training, and sales support. Learn new features in detail quickly of FIS Commercial Loan Servicing (formerly - Advanced Commercial Banking System - ACBS) and associated modules. Direct client input to feature discussions. Understand clients' commercial lending business. Follow industry trends and changes with a goal to become a subject-matter expert for our entire product offerings. Provide support for the sales team on new client opportunities. Assist in client conversion and implementation projects and support the professional services team. Conduct individual and group training sessions and workshops. Act as second level support for escalated client issues. Consult clients on products and identify opportunities for product enhancements. Perform quality-assurance testing prior to client releases. Assist in authoring product documentation and release notes.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, or a related field of study and ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience: utilizing ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System) or a related Commercial Loan Servicing application including LoanIQ or AFS; providing integration and reporting requirements with SQL for database query; serving as subject matter expert (SME) including development of presentation materials and requirements documentation; analyzing system and user requirements; designing solutions to meet requirements and assisting developers in delivery solutions; and authoring test cases, plans, and documenting test results. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
