The OCM Communications Analyst will be dedicated to a global transformation program and will work as part of the ERP OCM team to support leaders, as they build the foundation for how they operate with a new global ERP tool. This role will partner with program executive leadership team members to drive successful program implementation.
Skills & Experience:- 5 years' experience in internal communications with an emphasis in working with executives
- Experience in C-level executive communications, speech writing, and presentation material preparation
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint
- Experience working with leaders in a complex organization with diverse businesses, geographies and cultures
- Attention to detail is essential
- Ability to work calmly and maintain good judgment in a dynamic problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication, written, oral and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter, independently motivated
- Ability to handle shifting priorities and multitasking in a deadline-oriented environment
- BONUS - Experience with global ERP rollouts
- Work closely with the leadership alignment team to create crisp and clear communications, presentations, and speaking notes for leaders
- Assist in analyzing, and applying feedback received from the audiences of the leaders engagements
- Track engagement levels and make recommendations for additional engagement activities to grow understanding and build commitment
- Manage methods, channels and distribution lists to enable business transformation training and engagement, including feedback channels for evaluation effectiveness
- Effectively influence others and move toward the successful achievement of our transformation goals
- Actively identify new opportunities to continually improve our communication strategies and deliverables in this space
