The developer will be a part of a close team that is maintaining, enhancing and upgrading a myriad of applications and services, in an enterprise environment. As part of team, you will participate in design, development, threat modeling and cybersecurity and fielding of enterprise solutions to support the customer. NOTE: This position is a fully remote / work from home position. Under general direction, designs, develops, troubleshoots, debugs, and implements software code using Java, JavaScript, HTML, SQL, and XML for software components of the web applications- Works project team members to develop the concept, interface design, and architecture of the websites
- Responsible for interface implementation integrates web applications with back-end databases
- Deploys large web-based transaction systems using application servers
- Researches, tests, builds, and coordinates the integration of new products per production and client requirements
- Designs, writes, and maintains unit tests such as JUnit, Jasmine, SoapUI, or Selenium
- Experience with Java Design patterns (MVC, DAO, Singleton, Factory, etc.)
- Experience with Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) such as Oracle, SQLServer, Sybase or similar databases
- Experience using version control tools such as Git
- Experience supporting Java Virtual Machine (JVMs) in Unix/Linux/Windows environments
- Experience using modern User Interface (UI) technologies such as Angular, React, and Bootstrap
- Experience using build tools such as Maven, Gradle, and npm
- Experience with frameworks tools such as Hibernate and Spring
