Summary: Meta seeks a motivated and experienced team player to serve as Lead Counsel for its Reality Labs organization. In this position, you will provide legal counsel directly to the engineering sourcing teams and will work cross functionally with other legal, business, operations and other business teams to help launch new AR/VR devices. This is a great opportunity to join a growing legal team and make an impact in an exciting, fast-paced environment.Required Skills: Lead Counsel, Reality Labs Responsibilities:Lead the negotiation of complex commercial agreements for hardware development, procurement and strategic collaborations

Influence and build relationships with clients and cross-functional peers across Facebook to drive strategies across multiple teams

Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze and communicate legal risks

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:J.D. degree (or foreign equivalent) and membership in at least one US state bar

5+ years of legal experience as an attorney, including at a law firm or in-house experience

Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications:In-house experience working for a technology company

Experience with consumer hardware product development

Experience with intellectual property and the structuring, drafting and negotiation of technology and supply chain transactions

Communication skills, experience providing clear, concise and practical guidance

Experience working on multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment

Experience working independently and also collaborating well cross-functionally
