This position is home-based in Georgetown, KY, must be willing to support Business Travel as required, including short-term or long-term dispatch if required. Daily Responsibilities: Responsible for procurement and designing specifications of machines and Robots used for Body weld Managing and working with vendors to get the correct quality and spec machines Interact with Assembly line membersLocal candidates preferred or willing to relocate/move at your own expenseREQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Must have exp with Catia, AutoCAD, C3 or any 3D design tool experience (Mandatory) 2+ years of experience in Manufacturing or Automotive Experience with CAD packages (AutoCad, Catia) Manufacturing/processing experience Proficient in using MS Office Products: Word, Excel and Powerpoint Able to work weekends, holidays, and off shifts, lots of over-time is required Must be able to travel in the USA, Canada, Mexico or Japan and locally at vendor sites (30%) Education: BS in Engineering or equivalent expDesired: Bodyshop Engineering Experience. New Model Introduction experience. 5 years Automotive/Manufacturing Engineering Experience.
