Position:Interior DesignerJOB REF#:1000481 Duration:12+ Months (Contract)Location:Georgetown, KY (on-site only)Rate:Open/Market Rate (W2)

Daily Responsibilities include: Interior Designer will be responsible for designing the interior of the buildings Support planning & project development for new construction, renovation, and workplace refresh projects across NA Develop and implement NA Building standards for best practices on projects Work with internal stakeholders to develop project criteria, scope, estimate and project schedules Ensure compliance with all local related local codes & facility operations compliance Maintain weekly project meeting reports, action items, schedules and budget tracking Develop clear concise documents to express scope, cost and schedule to gain Leadership approval

Local candidates preferred or willing to relocate/move at your own expense

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: 5 years experience in commercial interior design position Experience developing projects, direct architects to design Someone who can work on scope, budget, studies, and project Deliverables Develop User-programs. Able to travel domestically (25%) Strong design and planning skills and knowledge of current design trends Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Very strong detailed communication skills to clearly express design intent to gain Leadership Consensus Experience with furniture and renovation projects, ability to review construction documentation details Experience with programming to support daily operations Experience using AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop (Revit knowledge desirable but not mandatory) Interior master planning experience Experience preparing visual presentations using Microsoft Powerpoint, MS Office, MS Project and Adobe products Education: Bachelor's Degree

Desired: Preferable focus on commercial office interiors, workplace strategy execution and extensive P/J programming experience NCIDQ preferred and active state license preferred
