Description: This position operates as a Multi-Function Finance Analyst in Lexington, KY and reports directly to the Central Finance and Closeout Manager.Performs one or more financial activities within various finance job functions. Performs multiple financial cost analysis functions, including cost control, collecting data and preparing reports that maintain the company's cost accounting system. Ensures that costs are allocated according to established procedures, applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports.Overall responsibilities include:-Closed Estimation at Completion (CEAC) documents-Monthly journal entries-Vendor Invoice Process (VIP) set-up for subcontractors-Quick Closeout and Cancelling Funds documentsBasic Qualifications:- Accounting or Finance Degree- Strong finance/accounting skills- Posses strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently, take ownership and meet hard deadlines- Strong MS Office proficiency skills; Excel and VisioDesired Skills:- Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Experience- Process Improvement Experience/ Lean Six Sigma (LSS)BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:job.Qualificationsis an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
