DescriptionRobert Half Direct is partnering with a full-service law firm seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to handle residential loan closings from start to finish.Primary Responsibilities:
Ordering necessary title processing documents
Scheduling and preparing closing documents and disclosure, disbursements, post-closing matters
Provide support for other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Motivated, professional, organized and a self-starter, who works well with others in a busy, fast paced environment.
A minimum of 1 year of previous experience as a Real Estate Paralegal
The position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail and polished communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Quicken, conveyancing software (E-Closing preferred)
Ability to quickly learn new software
