We are a : Well established, high volume, downtown upscale bar looking for great additions to our team. Bar backs needed part time to start but with potential for full time ( 40 hrs per week) very quickly.
You are: 21 or older, motivated, hard working, reliable and dependable, able to lift 50 lbs up and down stairs, available weekdays and weekend shifts, (shifts usually 3:15 pm - 3 am range, some shorter shifts also on weekends) .
While experience is preferred it is not a must. We are looking for Professional, Polished, Reliable, Athletically Minded people with outstanding Customer Service Skills and an ability to deal with High Volumes and a Fast Pace in an upscale and fun setting. We are a diverse bar that caters to all customers gay and straight alike so open minded is an absolute necessity. Professional, presentable appearance is a must. TIPS/STARS and FOOD HANDLER cards are a plus if you have them but can be obtained after hiring before start of work. There is a paid staff meeting every other Friday at 2:30pm - must be able to attend.
