Job Description
The Administrator / Office Manager is responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure the office they are managing functions smoothly.
These tasks can vary but typically include:
Answering the phone and other office duties and activities as needed
Interviewing & scheduling patients for the proper appointment
Compiling medical records and charts
Operating computer software and office equipment
Maintaining supplies and appearance for the office
Processing accounts payables/receivables using Sage 50 accounting system
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in administration and patient/client care areas.
Process and deal with various governmental issues and forms that periodically need proper attention.

Qualifications:
2 years of experience in office / medical settings preferred and a 2 years Degree in business, health care administration, clinical care or related field; or equivalent work experience.
