Churchill McGee, LLC, a respected general contractor specializing in light commercial construction, has an immediate opening for a Concrete Foreman to lead our expanding work in the Central Kentucky area.
Primary Responsibilities:
Supervise carpenters, laborers and coordinate with project managers and sub-contractors.
Manage construction schedules and budgets, ensuring deadlines and budget constraints are met.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders and address any issues.
Monitor safety programs and conduct regular job site inspections.
Resolve conflicts and manage daily project documentation.
Qualifications:
5+ years of interior construction with leadership experience.
Proficient in reading blueprints and using construction management software.
Knowledge of construction regulations and safety protocols (OSHA)
Strong project management, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
Education and Other Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
OSHA 10 certification (preferred).
Valid driver’s license and own transportation required.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
