Please read before responding. Must live either in Lexington or Nicholasville (there is quite a bit of driving and most of our properties are in these 2 cities). This is for year-round work (40-50 hours a week). Not just summer.
Immediate opening. My company is in need of an experienced handyman/maintenance man. Prefer to have carpentry experience with putting in molding, laminate/vinyl plank flooring, small paint jobs, etc. We manage over 1200 units of property around Lexington and Nicholasville. The jobs maybe a quick fix or a complete renovation. The candidate must meet following criteria:
This job pays between $20-22/hr.
1. Your own vehicle (preferably a truck or something with cargo room).
2. Cell phone and communication. This is a handyman/maintenance man position.
3. Need to be proficient at carpentry. Most of the jobs will entail painting or touching up places, along with changing blinds, light fixtures, etc.
4. Need to have most of your own tools (mitre saws, etc). We can let you use our specialty tools, etc.
5. No FELONS. No misdemeanors involving burglary, violent crimes, etc. Due to the nature of our business, we will have to run a criminal background check prior to starting.
This is a great job and you will have flexibility in your schedule and work environment. We are a very loyal and reliable company.
