This is a job working with CSM (Client Service Managers and Clients) supporting the 401K aspect of the Retirement Services. This role will require the rep to support data entry for CSM and Clients as needed, researching tax filing for 401K during 5500 season, sending paperwork to administrators of the plans for employees and a lot of other general questions.
Job Description:- Answers general inbound and places outbound calls in a call center with the goal of increasing business, customer satisfaction, and customer retention.
- Answers general inbound and places outbound calls in a call center with the goal of increasing business, customer satisfaction, and customer retention. Takes care of inbound and outbound calls of a lesser complexity that are primarily routine or basic in nature. Follows basic procedures and scripts, using fundamental knowledge to navigate company's customer information systems and/or order system along with a basic knowledge of company, services, and products.
