job detailsWe are currently looking for a skilled Accounts Payable specialist for a direct hire position in Louisville, KY. The pay will range from $37,440 to $48,750 a year depending on experience. Benefits:Health insurance

Sort and distribute incoming mail

Process 3-way P.O. matching invoices

Work in a paperless environment to process vendor invoices

Enter and process ACH and Wire Transfer payments

Process check requests

Audit and process credit card bills

Match invoices to the online banking payment system

Respond to all vendor inquiries

Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies

Assist in month end closing

Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices

Assist with other projects as needed
