This position will allow remote work provided the selected candidate is currently located in EST/CST only and within 50 miles of an Anthem office The Business Change Director – CSBD Marketing will report to the CMO & Vice President CSBD Marketing overseeing projects focused on CSBD marketing vision and strategy to drive business results to optimize performance. Responsible for implementing varied projects, programs and plans that drive achievement CSBD Marketing goals. Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:

Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Support and maintain detailed documents – project design, development, implementation

Identifies potential issues, project change, and scope data.

Leads efforts to identify best practices into team practices and work.

Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required.

Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs.

Manages project financials and budget details for CSBD marketing team.

Builds support for business change throughout CSBD marketing team.

Provides process, project, and change management methodology.

Leads the project prioritization and scheduling activities.

Manages team communication plans including staff meetings, town halls, etc.

Manages all vendor engagements/sponsorships with Marketing Operations to optimize spend.

Qualifications

Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field

10 years managing marketing initiatives including knowledge of project models and methodology and change management experience (strategic change plan development, execution and adoption)

Or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background

PMP, Agile, Lean or Six Sigma Black Belt a plus

Excellent in developing and presenting presentations to senior leaders and large teams Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of management

Exceptional stakeholder management

Some travel required
