Maintains compliance with regulatory requirements. Provides outstanding customer service. May manage a group of tractor trailer drivers, and be responsible for maintaining and improving safety, service, and performance elements. Oversees day-to-day customer needs while managing the specifics of a CDL-licensed driver fleet. Coordinates with internal stakeholder teams to address contingencies. Manages (typically) experienced drivers tasked with meeting and maintaining complex requirements for operating a tractor trailer vehicle. Uses established processes and technologies to plan, monitor and report on daily activities. Develops and executes plans to ensure business imperatives are met.Provides specific functional expertise that is theoretical and conceptual in nature. This expertise is typically acquired through a combination of university education and experience within a field. May have responsibility for supervising others in the capacity of a “player coach” but primary focus is individual expertise.Applies working knowledge of theories, practices, and/or procedures within job discipline. Broadens capabilities and understanding of the company processes, and customers. Performs mostly routine assignments and resolves common issues by using precedents or seeking guidance. Assesses straightforward problems and proposes solutions based on analysis of factual information, experience, judgment, and precedents. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Shares factual information with other team members. Receives guidance on a regular basis. Entry-level to UPS’s professional career track.Other Criteria:

Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself – Required.

Shift: Tuesday – Saturday ( 15:00 - 23:30 EST evening shift)
