Job Description
- Planning marketing campaigns including cost analysis, preparing supplies and material, developing collateral and visual assets, and more.
- Generating business inelegance reports to track sales, product lines, and customer accounts.
- Handle all graphic design needs including flyers, brochures, webpages, digital advertisements, banners, and more.
- Manage print supplies and vendor relationships.
- Produce email marketing blasts and track performance.
- Produce digital marketing assets and track performance using external platforms.
- Plan and implements improvements to SEO, and track performance.
- Manage website including content, through CMS system, creation of new web pages, web graphics, and improvements to user experience.
- Translation of business need into market solution.
- Research marketplace to identify new opportunities for growth through NPD.
- Cross-departmental project coordination to support product launches.
- Create specifications for new product, SKU numbers, and technical requirements.
- Creation of material to support the product launch such as presentations, flyers, pricing, and internal communication.
Qualifications
Qualifications- Undergraduate degree required. MBA desired. Master’s Degree or higher in Marketing is desired.
- Minimum 3 years experience in managerial role required, 5+ years desired.
- Minimum 3 years experience in marketing required, 5+ years desired.
- Ability to work under pressure, with deadlines, and prioritize
- Commitment to driving the company forward each day, AKA “skin in the game.”
- Very good communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with all MS office programs, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML/CSS, CMS systems.
Additional Information
Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 8 AM- 5:00 PM. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Louisville, KY are encouraged to apply.
