Position Description: Make an impact like never before.We're growing rapidly and are looking for an Account Manager/Business Developer to join our Louisville, Kentucky team to assist with growing our existing commercial accounts and expanding into new accounts. This is across multiple industries but not limited to the following: Banking, Insurance and Financial, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare.We're a close-knit team that has access to global resources. You will build a team under you to help to achieve the mission.You will lead all aspects of business development in the region including client development plans, identifying opportunities, leading strategic pursuits, guiding proposal building and orals presentations, and creating business solutions based on client growth requirements and market-driven business enhancements. Your future duties and responsibilities:• Identify and understand customer expectations, study existing business processes, program, and legacysystem• Create and execute on Client Development Plans that focus on client's business and IT needs andrequirements• Build trusted relationships at the C-Level within targeted accounts• Be responsible for client book of business, lead delivery talent, be accountable to client for success ofprojects, be responsible for profitable growth of account.• Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities within these client• Be the driving factor in proposals and evolve solution offerings• Provide leadership to a team of professionals - both direct reports and via global delivery• Ensure success of engagements using global delivery and vendor partners• Manage client satisfaction• Balance attention to detail while keeping the big picture in mind
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related discipline• 10+ years of IT/Banking/Insurance and Financial/Manufacturing/Retail/Healthcare Consulting experience in the Cincinnati, OH or Louisville, KY region• 7+ years of experience as an account manager successfully building a large account. The experienceneeds to include selling and delivering technology services in this region• Knowledge of or existing relationships with key decision makers within the large organizations in Louisville, KY• Commercial background in one or more of the following industries: Banking, Insurance and Financial,Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare• Ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives within existing and new clients• Experience building and maintaining complex systems, with a desire to bring innovative solutions tosolve client problems• Experience working in a team environmentCGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level, experience and training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
