Job Description
Project Lead responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:- Lead customer special projects: ownership of request, review with relevant departments, keep customer informed, ensure processes are implemented to satisfy customer expectations within our capabilities
- Mentor Genomics Specialist representatives
- Handle technically-complex customer inquiries
- Communicate current market trends to Marketing
- Research, self-educate about new technologies and products
- Represent the needs and feedback of the client by promoting internal change when necessary
- Daily interaction with all departments is key; foster a team-based atmosphere
- Participate in new product launches as needed
Qualifications
The ideal candidate would possess:- Project Management experience
- Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite - particularly Excel and Outlook
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented multitasker
- Demonstration of sound judgment
- Previous customer facing experience is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure, with deadlines, and prioritize
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or higher in Life Science
- Sufficient experience, or demonstrated ability to learn technical concepts will be considered in lieu of higher education degree
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
