- Support in the design, communication, and management of all elements of base pay, including pay structures (job families, job descriptions, job levels, grade ranges, and rates).
- Utilize data to determine job values within the organization and develop objective and accurate job classifications
- Conduct job analysis, job documentation and job evaluation based on compensation philosophy using market pricing methodologies and tools and develop compensation structures.
- Assist with implementation and deployment of new compensation programs for hourly and salaried employees along with making recommendations for strategic plans.
- Conduct internal equity reviews, and market reviews, to recommend adjustment methodology.
- Analyze job descriptions and compensation and complete comparative process with market data and recommend strategy to ensure company competitiveness in the market
- Support and inform the development of company relocation program
- Apply knowledge in data analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to help inform business decisions
- Participate in ad-hoc projects supporting the HRIS team involving system implementations
- Act as the first point of contact for HR System queries at SCS and HR/Payroll queries for the US team.
- Support global/regional HR Process related projects to continue to enhance and bring efficiencies to the HR processes by acting as the process expert salary reviews and merit increases.
- Supporting the project scope and deliverables by tracking project status and follow up notes as needed to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Work with internal HRIS teams to ensure the systems are reflecting proper compensation bands properly.
- Assist in the design and maintenance of internal compensation program guides and SOPs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to advise and influence at all levels
- Strong analytical skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft excel
- Experience working with Ultipro/UKG as an end user desired; experience as an admin preferred
- Demonstrated success managing competing priorities while meeting project deliverables
- General business acumen, including reporting and analysis, presentation skills, and organizational abilities. Organizational and planning skills, ability to; prioritize work, coordinate meetings, manage competing priorities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources; or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- 3-5 years of experience managing HRIS strategies and system processes and procedures
