IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT SPECIALISTDescription:Assists in creating a successful client onboarding experience by supporting dedicated project managers as well as implementing 401(k) plans for small businesses. Works with the client and internal ADP groups on removing exceptions to continue to move the implementation forward. RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage outbound/inbound calls
Preparation of all applicable client communications
Obtaining missing information from internal and external parties
Report generation/data entry
Welcoming new members
Assists with general questions and updates
QUALIFICATIONS:1+ year call center experience; 2+ years preferred
High school diploma or GED
Data-entry
Communication skills
Microsoft office
Typing
