Inventory Control Team Lead

Job Description

• Aggregate Inventory Issues:
  • Reconcile virtual to physical on hand inventory
• Inventory Counts:
  • Generatelocation-specific Inventory Confirms, completerecount tickets, and ensureevery item in live inventory is confirmed every 90 days, or 180 days for single SKU locations with over 50 items
  • Manage inventory confirm labor
  • Monitorteam's performance
• Accuracy:
  • Loginternal Accuracy issues
  • Logand re-receivemislabeled items
• Team Lead:
  • Communicate any issues that could affect all FC’s with your counterpart in other locations and the Inventory Control Manager
  • Set up and maintain Bi-weekly 1:1s with Team Members
  • Train Team Members on all department responsibilities
  • Provide feedback on Team Members to Supervisor and/or Manager for review purposes
  • Manage and adjust labor kiosk for the team ensuring accurate paths are being used
  • Help the Quality Assurance Specialist and Inbound Issues Specialist as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months Comoto fulfillment experience or 6 months experience in an inventory control environment

• Working knowledge of shipping procedures acquired through on-the-job training
• Working knowledge of receiving procedures acquired through on-the-job training
• FC problem solving and analytical skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to assign tasks and delegate responsibilities
• Established communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
• Ability to interact and participate in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-driven environment
• Time management skills and the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
• May require the ability to work a schedule outside of normal business hours
• Requires writing and math skills normally acquired through high school education
• Needs to be or at least willing to be trained on stock picker and reach truck

Additional Information

• Typical warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures on a regular basis

• Concentrated mental and visual attention with a high degree of manual dexterity and visual attention for sustained periods

• Repetitive hand motions

• Requires continuous physical activity and the ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs continuously

• Requires walking, standing, bending and continuous sitting for long periods

• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment including safety glasses and safety shoes

• Works in accordance with general safety rules and practices

• Keeps immediate work area clean and free from hazards
