BravoTECH, a leader in IT staffing and staff augmentation services, seeks a Junior IT Project Manager for our preferred client in their Louisville, Kentucky location. The qualified candidate will have 2 - 3 years of project coordination/management and strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Preferred location for this role is in Louisville, Kentucky / Partial Remote Opportunity Project Management:- Prepare PoC milestones, schedules, deliverables, RACI Roles, and track them.
- Schedule vendor meetings.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders as needed.
- Take notes/recordings from vendor meetings
- Track status and publish weekly status.
- Maintain ADO board for POC projects
- Vendor Communications (RFI Closure, IN/OUT, Report OUT, PoV)
- Use Teams as the main communications vehicle
- Maintain Innovation Team' s SharePoint Site with updated collaterals and status
- Maintain a per project folder on the SharePoint site.
- Track Innovation Service queues
