DescriptionAn Accountemps client in the south Louisville area is seeing a Medical Accounts Receivable Specialist with experience in medicaid billing. The client will be moving multiple positions to this area. These individuals will be a great long term asset to a growing team and will perform duties such as billing claims, correcting rejected claims, and following up on said claims.Responsibilities:Verify eligibility on admission documentationSubmit admission packets to public aidMonthly reconciliationsSubmit monthly billing statements and unbilled claims to public aidWeekly eligibility verificationComplete Social Security Rep reportsReview, analyze, and adjust resident cases/eligibility as neededRequirementsAdditional Skills:Experience in Medi-System and Medicaid billingUnderstanding of commercial insurance and managed care billingUB-04 forms and "1500" claims a plusAccountemps matches highly skilled professionals with accounting finance jobs at the best companies on a temporary and temporary-to-hire basis.
