Title: Onsite Technical Support

Locations: Louisville, KY

Duration: 3 Weeks with possibility of 2 weeks extension

Project: The Project is Staff up for Return to Office initiative

Responsibilities:They would need to walk around all floors and be able to provide clear technical instructions from the documentation that we provide to them to colleagues returning to office, log tickets via an iPad app, walk around the floors and assist colleagues with reconnecting to Wi-Fi & printing (again following instructions we provide), simple reconnects of monitor cables where needed, coordinate with local teams for any complex issues being reported to them via colleagues

Additional Pertinent Information:Candidates must be fully vaccinated as that is a requirement of working onsiteThe position must physically work on-site
