- Associate would be playing the role of a Sr. Scrum Master.
- As part of the responsibilities, including liaising between the team, product owner, business team, and other IT and business stakeholders.
- Responsible for conducting required cadences for the team as advocated by SAFe practices, facilitating discussions across the team, capturing and reporting metrics as appropriate.
- Should be able to move around stories and features as appropriate, track impediments to closure, track risks and dependencies that would impact the roadmap or program increment.
- Sr. Scrum master should also help in PI planning and Sprint planning.
- Be a champion for continuous improvement and innovation.
