- The Process Engineer develops technical process diagrams in support of the organization’s documentation requirements.
- Specifically, the Process Engineer will create compliance control procedure diagrams which will visually depict the information documented in a control procedure narrative.
- In addition, the Process Engineer may assist the team in creating final reports by placing pre-constructed components (e.g., text, diagrams, and spreadsheets) into a template.
- The Process Engineer will work with a team supporting other components of the project and will be able to ask clarifying questions.
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience creating process diagrams using MS Visio
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- Deep understanding and experience in documenting business and/or technical procedures
- Must be flexible and adaptive to potential changes in requirements, focus, and approach
- Experience and knowledge of compliance frameworks and controls
- Experience and knowledge of cloud services and platforms provided by Microsoft, Google, and Amazon.
- Preferable in Cloud Security as this requirement is for Cloud Security Team
- Experience in technical writing using MS Word
