Primary Location: Louisville, Kentucky V-Soft Consulting is currently seeking

ServiceNow Architect client in

Louisville, Kentucky. This is a

full-time, direct hire position

information technology & services industry.

ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for primarily supporting solution sales on ServiceNow and related aPaaS solution along with 50% in supporting delivery of ServiceNow implementation project in the capacity of architect and/or business process consultant. Need to have proven experience in ServiceNow platform for sales, deployment and business process consulting. Must be implementation certified in multiple domain of ServiceNow platform. As new technologies emerge and impact ServiceNow, the ServiceNow Architect is expected to learn these applications very quickly and resolve any problems involved in integrating new applications with ServiceNow systems.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Education and Experience »

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field and
10+ years of knowledge of computer programming languages and relevant work experience.
ServiceNow and other Service / Operation / Customer Management application sales, development and deployment
Experience with minimum 2 certification as Certified Implementation Specialist in any of ServiceNow module and hands-on deployment
Experience for minimum 5 years in ITOM and any one non-ITSM functional domain.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »

Strategy & Training:

Identify market trends, next skills to develop, lucrative niche skills, etc.
Develop emerging areas for ServiceNow deployment & integration offerings and trainings
Identify solutions modules to package for easy delivery

Technical Leadership:

Ability to establish and/or follow of industry-standard best practices
Architectural guidance on solution building, developing solutions architecture
Maintaining quality and best practice adoption for Project delivery while accounting for scalability/re-usability of components

Partnerships:

Maintain relationships with partners for growing business, getting trainings and certifications
Identifying other vendors to complement and expand options for our clients

Marketing:

Work with marketing teams to contribute to our Go-To Market message to clients, and to align with practice strategy
Work closely with our marketing team to create and execute targeted penetration and expansion plans, including identification and pursuit of opportunities with new and existing clients, as well as communicating successes through case studies
Contribute to, and drive team to deliver White papers, case studies, blogs, etc.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Job Responsibilities:

Drive cost transparency in the development and maintenance of ServiceNow enhancements
Take an active role in the development of other staff through mentoring of more junior ServiceNow resources
Stay current on ServiceNow products, architecture and applicable integration technologies
Drive IT operational process workshop to conduct ASIS analysis, recommend TOBE based on industry best practice.
