RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in need of a ServiceNow Product Owner in Louisville, KY.

Summary:This consultant will work with a team of analysts to design, execute, manage, and improve the Request Management process. This resource will set metrics for performance (KPIs and OKRs). They must have an understanding of the Service Catalog and have experience with ITOL and request management/fulfillment processes. The consultant will work with the stakeholders and the development team to develop a roadmap for continuous improvement of the Service Catalog and ensure monthly deliverables are outlined and completed.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree Minimum of five (5) years of related experience (with IT Service Catalog, business analysis, business services, and business requirements, measuring value, and implementation) IT Service Catalog experience ITIL 4 Foundation experience Communication and collaboration skills with excellent leadership, business partnership, negotiation, etc. Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive
