- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Science, Mathematics, Information Sciences or a related field and ten years of work-related experience.
- Additional experience may be used on a one-to-one basis to offset the educational requirements.
- Candidate must have demonstrated experience in leading a team of functional and technical staff, develop and implement strategy, and manage moderate to large projects.
- Detail oriented and knowledgeable about software system logic.
- Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
- Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills including active listener with strong oral comprehension.
- Minimum of five years in leadership managing functional and technical positions.
- Experience with PeopleSoft Financials or Workday Financials is preferred.
- Experience with enterprise software oversight, implementation and maintenance preferred.
- Ability to read and write SQL to extract data from the system is preferred.

- Oversees a team of enterprise systems analysts to ensure effective coordination and execution of core system functionality, interfaces with other systems, cyclical processes, and projects of various sizes and levels of complexity.
- Leads reporting efforts for specific data needs within an enterprise system, including Open Records Requests.
- Collaborates with business intelligence staff to ensure that reporting needs are included in system design and assists with the development and review of new reports and dashboards.
- Communicates project updates, including areas of risk, regularly through software.
- Designs systems that satisfy data security standards and ensure appropriate checks and balances.
