Seeking self-motivated, driven and talented chef de cuisine for high-end, ingredient driven environment. Must demonstrate leadership qualities, a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. Culinary degree preferred but not required.
Job requirements:
-50-55 hour work week
-employee training and supervision
-prep production and volume/ operations
-lunch and dinner service
-safety and sanitation
Ideal candidates will possess:
-2 to 4 years previous experience
-excellent references
-desire to grow within the company
