Candidate Requirements:
Previous customer service experience required, full service restaurant experience preferred.
Job responsibilities include:
Maintain a clean and efficient work station
Maintain all food safety procedures and regulations
Able to represent the restaurant in nothing other than a positive first and last impression for each
guest.
Maintain the highest standards of hospitality at all times
Follow proper hygienic food handling practices
Maintain a clean and professional appearance
Maintain a positive and cooperative teamwork environment between front of the house and back
of the house
Have full understanding of all tools available to do your job
Participate in any restaurant meetings and/or trainings when conducted
Offering a high standard of guest service to match the high standard of the Thunderdome
reputation
Know all seat numbers for the entire restaurant
Speak knowledgably about the restaurant's food and beverage offerings
Help maintain a clean dining room
Communicate with managers regarding any problems
Handle complaints according to the Thunderdome guidelines and in a way that leaves guests
satisfied and impressed
