Searching for a customer service focused manager to become a part of our food service management team at Oakland City University.
Pioneer College Caterer is a nationwide, forty-six-year-old company specializing in managing dining services for Christian Colleges and Universities. Due to campus growth we are expanding the management team at OCU.
While we prefer the following, the most important traits desired are caring, integrity, a can- do-spirit, a willingness to learn and a passion for service:
ï§ Two years supervisory experience
ï§ Experience in restaurants, church feeding, country clubs, buffets or college dining preferred
ï§ Work independently under the leadership of the Food Service Director
ï§ Basic knowledge of cooking for large groups is wanted
ï§ Willing to spend time in the dining room interacting with students and guests
ï§ Catering experience is helpful
ï§ Cashier experience desired
ï§ Basic computer skills helpful
ï§ Must be able to work weekends during the school year
This is a full-time position with benefits including major medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401k and Profit Sharing, extensive paid-time off.
