Role : IBM ODM Developer Location : louisville,kentucky looking for IBM ODM Developer with 10+ Years Experience;

  • looking for IBM ODM Developer with experience in developing, designing, and implementation of business process management solutions.
  • This project is to work with one of the leading healthcare insurance providers in US.
  • The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and collaborate effectively with domain and technical experts in the team.
  • Healthcare Payer experience will be a great advantage
Responsibilities:- As a IBM ODM Developer, the expectation is
  • Having good knowledge and expertise in IBM Operational Decision Manager 8.x version.
  • Hands on Experience in design and development of the following - Decision Table, Decision Tree, Action Rule (BRL), Technical Rule, Rule Flows, BOM and XOM, Synthetic Class, Function Task, Rule Task in in JRules / WODM / ODM.
  • Hands on Experience in authoring, DVS testing, publishing, and deploying business rules into Decision Center Business Console and Enterprise Console, Decision server/Rule Execution Server (RES)
  • Experience in developing, designing, and implementation of business process management solutions.
  • Improving and maintaining engineering guidelines
  • Stay current with current technology versions
  • Translate business challenges into well-designed solutions.
  • Understand the complex technology environments and know how to optimize solutions for efficiency and simplicity
Requirements:-
  • Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years' overall experience with at least 2+ years hands on experience in IBM ODM Development
  • Strong knowledge in US Healthcare Domain will be an advantage
  • Understanding of Agile methodology and execution of Agile projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Working experience in multi-vendor teams
