Looking for a General Maintenance person to work with a local property management company to get units rent ready and perform regular recurring maintenance. We manage multi-family and single family units throughout Louisville as well as commercial properties.
Experience in general plumbing, electrical, HVAC, masonry, windows/doors, carpentry, etc. is a plus!
Starting date for this position would be December 1st.
