Job Title: Design Consultant Reference ID: 23320 Location: Louisville, Ky.Position SummaryWhile they will not be actively designing, they need to have a firm grasp on design and construction to provide guidance to their vendors. Support RFI/RFP activities in partnership with Procurement
Defines and establishes governance bodies and processes with our vendors
Drives Creativity and Innovation
Provide sourcing recommendations for products, e.g. fittings, furniture, lighting, finishes, decoration and dressing, and providing samples
Work with our architectural services core vendor and other design professionals to determine industry best practicesThis position requires extensive cross-functional coordination, strong communication skills and the ability to build compelling presentations and comprehensive business strategies.Skills/QualificationsProficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Ability to understand complex ideas and communicate those ideas to others on the account.
Knowledge of CAFM/IWMS software.
Proficient in AutoCAD.Shift -ScheduleHOURS: Monday through Friday traditional 8am to 5pm (overtime hours are needed based on project demand)
