Looking to hire an Office assistant for a mechanical contracting company.
Job duties include: Answering phones, making collection calls, ordering parts, assisting in daily work, filing, making sure office stays clean and organized, running errands as needed. Must have good communication skills. This is an entry level office position, but there is room for advancement.
Compensation will be based on experience and will be discussed in job interview.
Dispatch experience a plus.
