Maintenance Technician - Mallgate Apartments at St. Matthews
We are looking for a dedicated, experienced Maintenance Technician at Mallgate of St. Matthews, a 540-unit garden community in Louisville, Kentucky. Mallgate is under new ownership and management and is undergoing an extensive multi-million dollar renovation and repositioning. Join our team and you will receive a $500 signing bonus $250 on first paycheck, $250 after 60 days.
Job Description
Our Maintenance Technicians are critical members of our team. They're responsible for keeping our buildings in a top-notch condition. Be ready to be busy! This challenging position includes:
Giving residents exceptional service (friendliness and responsiveness are huge!)
Focus on punch out units and changing angle stops in buildings under renovation
Completing hands-on, technical, maintenance projects
Coordinating resident move-ins/move-outs with the front office team
Problem solving and trouble shooting
Requirements
Warm, friendly, service-oriented personality
One or more years of experience, multi-family experience preferred
HVAC, EPA certification
High-energy: this is a busy, hands-on job!
Self-motivated, hard-working, advancement-oriented
Ability to work some weekends on a rotating schedule
Basic computer skills
Valid driver's license
