Monarch Investment is seeking a Regional Property Manager to help us lead our multifamily apartment portfolio in the Louisville, KY over to Evansville, IN.

Yes, Monarch was just looking for an Assistant Regional Property Manager in the Louisville area but are growing so fast that we shifted gears to searching for a Regional Property Manager instead, with still more growth for this position on the horizon!

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

- 5+ years' experience in Multifamily Housing as a Regional Property Manager or equivalent

- Experience managing up to 1,000 units within a multi-site region
