Job Title: Talent Acquisition Analyst Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6 months contract-to-perm Pay: $45-$50/hr (depending on level of experience)

General Summary: The Talent Acquisition Analyst supports the Talent Acquisition team by curating and analyzing data and metrics to identify key trends and leads with projected results. The TA Analyst ensures that the data is accurate and presented in a clear, concise, and business relevant manner to key stakeholders. The TA Analyst may also be assigned to work on other projects related to SharePoint site development and enhancements. Essential job responsibilities: Effectively analyze and report recruitment activity, including but not limited to time to hire, current active requisitions, hire trends, source effectiveness, retention, assessment tracking, team productivity, and quality of hire, etc., for all sectors and for classifications of candidates Will help design reports, dashboards, and recruitment performance scorecards using tools such as Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Power BI Partner with human resource information system (HRIS) team and other functional departments as needed Aggregate Talent Acquisition reports and provide ad-hoc analytics Create regular and ad-hoc reports, data mining, data consulting and other data analysis as needed Work proactively and independently with Talent Acquisition leaders to perform analysis of relevant metrics, uncover and interpret trends in data, and provide recommendations Create and prepare regular reports to demonstrate recruiting data, success rates, and various associated metrics Evaluate and report on vendor solutions including pay-per-click advertising and direct sourcing efficacy. Analyze a return on investment Prepare and conduct presentations as needed to convey recruiting information to business leaders using charts, graphs and other presentation resources Conduct system audits and validate data and reports while monitoring data integrity Assist with workforce planning reporting Identify industry and organizational trends including competitive intelligence data Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state recruitment regulations including Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Conduct training with various members of the team on using provided data and reporting Optimize design and user experience of the TA SharePoint site as the hub for key information related to TA processes, metrics, standards, policies, and resources

Qualifications/Education:

Bachelor's degree required or the equivalent work experience Minimum two to four years' experience working in an analyst capacity Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, SharePoint, and similar tools Previous experience using iCIMS or other applicant tracking systems is desired Experience with Python, R, or other data analysis programming languages desired License/Certification:

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail Proven interpersonal skills; ability to work productively and professionally with any level of business resources Strong verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to convey business needs and results Proficient use of all Microsoft Office products Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently, as well as with team members Ability to organize, plan, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms
