Job Benefits:
Sustaining base salary plus bonus we offer a fully supportive base salary & commissions to provide for our sales representatives to work with the most demanding clients within the markets. (profit sharing bonus after one full year of service)

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain high level of knowledge of the benefits, advantages, and features of Morgans products and services
Create a territory plan with emphasis on target market segment growth & objectives
Daily input and maintenance of a CRM database
Attend company-sponsored training, as well as sales seminars and classes offered by organizations outside the company
Be knowledgeable of competitors business practices
Desired Experience/Skills
1-2 years sales experience
Works well within a team environment
Able to communicate in a clear, confident manner as an authority on service deliverables
Quickly establish trust and confidence in building new relationships
Comfortable with face to face communication as well as over the phone, email and direct mail
Convincing in making your point of view understood in highly competitive situations
A strong curiosity to learn about current issues that affect our customers and the ability to uncover issues our customers are not aware of yet
Recognize opportunities with ability to seek out alternative solutions to unclear and complicated issues
Capability to challenge current beliefs and processes
Organized and uses time efficiently with ability to self-direct and manage time efficiently
Willing to take calculated risks for high reward results
