Sodexo at ADP in Louisville, Kentucky has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Building Maintenance Worker. This position will maintain a commercial office building including painting, repairing floors, ceiling tiles as well as minor plumbing and electrical work. You will also be responsible for performing preventative maintenance checks, replacing belts and greasing parts. We are looking for a candidate with 1 -2 years of commercial building maintenance experience, a professional demeanor and a willingness to learn. Completion of a technical trade program is preferred.
Sodexo is a world leader in Quality of Life Services offering $17-$20/hr. This position is Monday-Friday, with work hours between 7am-5pm but will also require some weekends/on call and for emergencies.
