We are seeking an Order Fulfillment Lead, 2nd Shift to join our team. In this role, you will maintain your functional department’s productivity standards. The position requires working within the HighJump WMS system. Applicants should have familiarity with facility general safety guidelines and be able to ensure compliance. The ideal candidate also possesses the ability to lift 50 pounds on a consistent basis.A day in the office looks like this: Keep the supervisor apprised of activities and needs within the assigned area Answer basic operational questions of associates within the assigned area Reassign basic work tasks for the group they are assigned toAssist with the training of new associates within the assigned area Provide verbal updates to associates pertaining to their productivity performance for the day Perform physical activity at a sustained pace within the facility including walking, bending and twisting Work collaboratively with the other employees and departments toward common goals and objectives, as well as assist with people management
