RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client seeking a Director of Business Analytics. This position will sit on site in Paducah, KY.
Summary:This position will utilize analytics to identify opportunities, implement best practices, establish goals, and develop key metrics that generate measurable results which meet the needs of senior management. This individual will work closely with system leaders, service line managers and other key constituents to thoroughly understand their needs and how analytics can be used to meet their goals. This role also functions as a stakeholder with a vested interest by playing a key role in turning identified opportunities into demonstrated results.REQUIREMENTS: BS or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Analytics, Clinical Informatics or related field At least five (5) years of experience in Healthcare Analytics/ Decision Support is preferred Ability to apply the Process Excellence approach to projects Experience with BI Development platforms like Tableau or Qlik Experience with Data Warehouse Report Writer like McKesson or Strata Strong Knowledge of Epic and/or Caboodle Service Line Analysis experience Productivity/Budget Analysis experience Benchmarking experience Experience with Quality Metric Analysis (i.e. Readmission Rates, etc.)Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
