- 1+ years' experience within a helpdesk analyst role
- Experience interviewing end-users for insight on functionality, interface, problems, and/or usability issues
- Hands-on experience developing test cases and test plans
- Ability to perform PC, hardware and peripheral equipment improvements/upgrades/repairs/hotfixes
- Ability to conduct research into software-related issues and products
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving pc issues
- Experience installing, configuring, testing, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting end user workstation hardware, networked peripheral devices, and networking hardware products
- Experience performing on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex PC problems for a variety of end users,
- Ability to recommend and implement corrective hardware solutions, including off-site repair as needed
- Ability to Apply and install approved upgrades, patches and hotfixes
- Experience constructing, installing, and testing customized configurations based on various platforms and operating systems
- Experience overseeing network connectivity of all servers, workstations and other network appliances
- Great verbal and written communication
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
