We are recruiting vendors familiar with FHA guidelines and have the capabilities to perform the services listed below.
Services to include but not limited to:
Winterizations
Debris Removal
Initial Securing and Lock Changes
Snow Removal
Lawn Maintenance and Landscaping
Prepare Bids and Reports
Repairs
Property Condition reports
Evictions
Requirements:
Previous experience performing inspections along with and active route
Experience using EZ Preservation
Fuel effecient and reliable vehicle
Effective communication skills both verbal and written
Contractors are required to carry a minimum of $1M in General Liability.
Smartphone with data plan and the ability to transmit results from the field.
Workers Compensation insurance is required if you have employees or a letter of exemption is acceptable.
