Each driver will Work 12 hour shifts3 days/nights on and 4 off then 4 days/nights on and 3 off. The operation runs 7 days per week. Will alternate days off so that everyone is off 2 weekends per month.
$16-18 hr plus time/half over 40 hours depending on shift, experience, etc.
Will hire a lead driver to help manage the operation. Lead driver will make $21-24 per hour.
Equipment will be an off road Ottawa or an automatic Daycab truck with Hydro 5th wheel.
Health, Dental, Vision insurance with the company paying half the cost
Safety Bonus of $1 per hour paid annually (Christmas week). No preventable accidents or injuries to receive Safety Bonus payout.
