Job description
- Lead the execution of Williamsburg’s waste and scrap reduction initiative
- Lead the execution of Williamsburg’s process safety IIP action items
- Coordinate Continuous Improvement activities and track non-LSCM process cost downs
- Track Six Sigma initiatives and provide sponsorship support as needed to complete projects
- Coordinate audit preparation for both annual IATF and ISO140001 audits
- Coach the development of process engineers to the technical architecture competencies
- Develop training plans for the process engineering team and maintain training status
- Develop goals plans for the process engineering team and track performance and corrective actions to goal shortfalls
- Conduct talent performance reviews bi-annually with monthly touchpoints at a minimum
- Champion process technology advancements for both CV and AV value chains
- Lead engineering business process development to streamline change management
- Coordinate process engineering resources to fulfill manufacturing/engineering PDP deliverables
- Coordinate process engineering activities for new product development
- Act as liaison to production departments to track and prioritize engineering support for safety, quality & delivery initiatives
