DescriptionOne of our clients is looking for a customer- focused technician to support a few sites based In Worthington Hills and Louisville, KY! Running Field service calls for various customers, retail, financial, and insurance industriesDiagnosing errors or technical problems and determining solutionsDocumenting technical issues throughout the resolution processRequirementsMust have 2 years break/fix experience on PCs laptops and printers, provide own basic tools, and a cell phoneexcellent customer service skills are requiredan A+ certification is a plus, but not requiredAbility to work without supervisionMust have reliable transportation and a Valid Driver’s License as you will be traveling within Worthington Hills and Louisville KY.
