The Maternal Services Nurse Director will be responsible for 24/7 coverage for the following departments: Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, NICU, and Peds Units. Working in close collaboration with the Chief Nursing Officer CNO, the Nurse Director Maternal Services RN will develop and manage departmental budgets, oversee daily and long-term service line operations, as well as becoming responsible for reporting and auditing of unit-based performance metrics. The Nurse Director will provide strong hands-on leadership, serving as a champion for RN staff and will promote a positive work environment and cohesiveness between assigned units.Requirements for the Maternal Services Nurse Director role will include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Master's Degreepreferred
- 5+ years progressive leadership experience in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Pediatrics, and/or the Women's Service Line
